My name is Brett Smith and I am currently an undergraduate student at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida where I am double-majoring in Electronic Media and Economics. I volunteer at the campus TV station, University of Miami Television (UMTV), and I am currently the executive producer of three television shows there.

These include 'We The Students', an interactive online debate program, 'Off The Wire', a late-night talk and sketch comedy show and 'The Slate', a 10-minute online movie review show. To find out more information about these programs, please visit my 'TV Shows' page.

In my spare time I write, direct and edit my own comedy shorts and webisodes which premiere on Off The Wire. I also upload them to my YouTube channel where I currently have over 300 subscribers and half a million hits. My directing and producing reel can be found here.

I am on track to graduate from Miami in May 2010, after which I plan on moving to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the television or film industry as a writer, director or producer.
